Got to lvl5, think i found everything including the magic worm!! But that dam lever was rusted...there was no way i could pull it...Even if i rested...

very well done indeed i just dont get the special moves your only aloud to use them a certain amount of times untill you lvl up or what?

They don't use your MP but they come back when you "get rest" (like when the captain asks you if your tired) and also like you said when you level up.
I like it but needs work
The whole time I was thinking..."why didn't he just use pixelated characters?" Giving the game an NES or SNES feel would do wonders for this game. Drawing the sprites out in photoshop is OK, but only do it if you're super super super professionally talented. However, I do like the scenery. The maps, however, need much better organization and you need to add more depth to the characters. Good concept, though.
Graphics are the weakest point
strong creative enemies with a background, story well suited into the genre, il ike the subtle animations in the backdrop.
You should restrain your use of Photoshop filters, they are way too obvious. The overall design was lacking. Studying color teory would greatly help. But you have lots of talent.
