nice game.

Great game. A few things to improve upon:

1. when moving left to right perhaps make the ship title to its respective angle.

2. Most shooters give a little room between the wings and the cockpit before damage is dealt. Of course, you have the shield option so perhaps that is not your preference.

3. Even if you don't like suggestion 2, I had a hard time figure out when I was hit if I had any play like the option I suggest in #2. Perhaps, a sound or a graphic which illustrates the damage I am taking?

4. Some backround music would be nice.

All told, I enjoyed the game and definitely will returnt to it when I am not at work. ;)

the menu graphics ware pretty cool only i can't read the text! :S
also i think that you run out of weapons too fast but it's stays a great game !

by all means a great game

i like how although this is somewhat common game, you made it seemingly original - original weapons (atleast i havent seen them in this type of game before), different enemy patterns, etc. like the graphics, you actually did this for class?? you better have gotten an A, even if it was for math class haha. well done, hope to see the updated version soon

Good but

The physics are off a bit... and a the way level one ends is a little off, with the fact that all ships remain on the screen into the 2nd level. I like all of these style of Raiden games so I voted protection. With a bit of work Im sure this could turn into an awesome game.
