For those of you saying that you can't pick up this or that, I think that's an issue with the Newgrounds player. I used the actual browser flash plugin, and it worked fine. Try running it on an older version of Firefox or another browser that still supports flash.
still holds up well enough, though due using newer PC's i'm having sound issues that kinda affects the immersion...whatever, this story is still amazing and the world and threat are inspiring
edit, dammit the game is now impossible since i can't pick up the lighter or open the pad lock. this game was not future proofed. still, i'll play this game again just to read the locher diary and see the rapid downfall of humanity
