Good Try
There is definitly something there, if just needs to be refined. Maybe add a jump and crouch button. And a run button, that would help. You should tell what the "Noob" button does, and when you view the first level, it just keeps showing it. Maybe make it where it shows it once, and then goes back to the menu.

I dunno, it was pretty damn buggy, but the graphics and style was cool... work on it some more and i think it could turn out pretty good.

I thought it was very clever, the game moved quite smoothly, I think you should finish the game.

Good concept, but some vertical control would be nice, plus the ability to move AND shoot, same time. Also, the HUD was a little over-elaborate, make it simpler to read, less flashy crap and embellishments. More levels, like you said, would be cool.
