Reviews for "Winter Attack (part 1)"

Brilliant

Claymation takes a shit ton of work and You did a fantastic job at it. Awesome twist too. . . You had me thinkin that the little dude would take out the snowman's other arm. . BUT!! haha "oh shit"

This is Fun to watch. Flashbacks are a nice film technique however I would have loved it if you finished it. . .but now I'm waiting for part two to see the conclusion. At least you are on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to film. . . The business end, and the Production end.

Good show.

Great claymation

Of course you probally know that Knox has a lot of fans on this site, but I think you should.I mean,ok Knox has some good claymations, but he lacks detail of his characters and they are most of the time not that humorous.Basically he just makes really annoying nerdy voices to make it funny...well you didn't do that. You took a good idea, and with barely any voice acting, and made an excellent video.I like the Ogre guy you normally use and his little coat. Now,this video is not that long and I know these things take a quite a while to make, but I felt that it was complete, that it didn't really need any more to make it good.I also thought the music fit nicely with this video.Well,I hope to see more of your claymations in the future and good luck with em!

Good job...

I could never dream of make a movie with just clay. It was actually funny to and lengthy. it must of took some time. I can't wait for part 2.

aswome but.....

i just want ti know to things

1.umm how much white clay did you use in this movie

2.can you plz tell me how you make things look like there thrown by clay people(or ogers) iv tried string but i cant keep my arm still plz responed -st0nedmonkey

MackProductions responds:

3 and a half pounds total of white clay. That's for the snowogres, snowballs, and the whole outdoor snow set.
The get it to "fly" i had it on fishing line. I swing the fishing line as i capture the frame, therefor it blured out the fishing line and kept the blurred snowball. There was always little support things you just cant see, like pieces of wire holding things up

Thanks

nice and smooth

i like the claymation but this story reminds me of calvin and hobbes attack of the mutated snowmen but this is realy nice i cant wait for the next one
