Where do I start?
No offense, but I have crapped out better cartoons. Even though my Newgrounds account is a noob, I've been going to this site for years, and I've helped my friend with some of his Flashes. It's really not that hard. You had a good drawing of Chef, but that doesn't matter because you didn't make him DO anything. I can draw a perfect Garfield freehand, but i would never draw a comic of him just sitting there the whole time. Your writing was laggy, so you should try to get the timing better on that. The basic idea was good, but maybe you should have put it on a different website. Anyone can find pictures and sound clips and just add words to go with it, but that doesn't MEAN anything. Flash movies take a long time, so you should try to make something you can be proud of, not some spelling-error-ridden failed book report on Isaac Hayes. Sorry dude, but try harder next time.

I'm putting this lightly.
Your promotion of Chef no doubt required a lot of effort, but here's a list of constructive critism.
-Your voiceovers were less than satisfactory
-You could improve your transitions
-Make better topics and you will get nicer reviews
All in all, I could have paid someone $20 to kick my in the groin and had more fun.
-Keep up the hard work

Meh, not to much too see here
It was okay, this was kind of just copying the last part of that South Park episode where Kyle says his goodbye speech to chef.
The Animation of chef was okay, it looked a lot like him but the thing that stuck out at me was the wierd nose you gave him. It just didn't fit. Also, lack of a background didn't help eit
Overall, it's a pretty good flash, but if you're not a South park fan, or just didn't see that episode, you wouoldn't know what's goining on.
