Animation-wise, that was pretty poor. No real story, no real animation for that matter. Try and put your efforts to better use.

I am not a fan of South Park, but it is sad to hear that the chef is leaving for good. I understand that it is a sad moment, but as a tribute, I would suggest you using more aminations and actions instead of listing the words next time.
