Meh...
It was good, but the animation was choppy, if you know what I mean, and made the whole thing hard to follow. Wonderful drawings, so I'm giving you a 10 for style, but since the animation itself was so...hard to follow, I'll give you a 6 for graphics. The song made me want to puke, no offence, and was very repetitive, which made it sound like a broken record. A 6 all in all.

Don't get me wrong, I know how hard you guys have been working on it, and I've been anticipating it too, however, I feel let down. I am suprised more people hadn't noticed the scenes from the show itself in the last movie. Though it must have been a painful effort to do all those lines, and I commend your persistence, I think using a tablet and the paintbrush tool would have been more expressive, and it would have enhanced the style. Using only the same line widths makes it seem very uniform, and it's kind of annoying.
I was really hoping to see some hand painted (or rather digitally hand painted) backgrounds, or at least not ones made in flash. Some parts the characters don't even fit into the perspective of the scene.
I also notice that sometimes there is a break in quality, which was the same with the last movie. You'd see a HOLY COW sequence, followed by a "This wasn't as well drawn as the last scene..." one.
All over, not a bad job, but some minor improvments could be made
(in fact, I'd be willing to help, if you don't mind. AIM:Justsketch)
and it would take this thing from being an incredible flash movie, to an INSANE flash movie.

If you read the second sentence in the author's comments it clearly says "hand-drawn," meaning, not by mouse, but by tablet. Uniformal line widths has been around for decades and has been widely accepted and standardized. Sorry you feel let down, seems like you're the only one.
Hm...it was ok
Ok...one of my main problems with anything is the over use of "x"....sonic x....samurai x....when a military branch makes a super android, they train a special soldier or they make a weapon they name it/him/her "so and so x"....it's really wearing on my nerves........the graphics were very good.....just not very smooth...and blah blah the earth is in danger....he has to save it from a powerfull counter version of himself in super form.....blah blah.....i mean i'll watch the series...but the x thing i will not enjoy...

there is not originality here,
this just a case of, oh sonic is cool and dragon ball Z is annoying (cool) what if i combine the two to make a horible cartoon that has no real plot line to it and has taken the inteligence of a piss head after 13 pints of stella and a packet of pork scratchings to design.
and that song! what were you thinking, its like getting hit in the head with a saucepan 3 times a second!
you obviously have talent for drawing things (imitating drawings that already exist)
try to develope your own style, i suggest sitting in a barn on a mountain for a year with no media influences, then after that make another cartoon, as for this, i wouldn't waste any more then 1000 hours on it!!
