Sprite cartoons with quality?
Why I've never heard such a thing! I usually believe cartoons like this lack creativity but your effort shows in this cartoon. Most flash cartoons aren't fully voiced or as animated as this. As far as spriting goes, this was awesome.

Review of: Metroid: Invasion Part 1
This was a really great movie. It's a shame it won't be continued. But it's nice to know I can always read the rest later on.
So, a backstory on Samus Aran huh? I didn't see that coming...NOT! I knew a backstory would be played on pretty much everybody eventually. The animation was great. And the fight scene between the aliens were pretty realistic. I also liked how you not only edited some original sprites, but created some of your own too. That's creative. Most people don't do that.
The voice acting wasn't TOO bad..but the mic screwed up because of the constant static when you used P in a sentence. So, points docked off for that. The story is very original. I like how it actually flowed with the game series, rather than just skipping on into something of it's own.
All in all, this was a great Flash animation and I'm hoping you'll reconsider your choice to not continue it.

This was a good Flash. Nice animation, strong story and good voice acting.
You don't need to be critiqued for the most part - you know what you do and don't need to do.
BUT -
+ Your main menu had 5 (count them) FIVE different fonts. You gotta clean that type of shit up. It's the little details that make for a GREAT Flash. Center your text, use the same one or two fonts and colors...
+ I liked the dress up option as a little cherry on the ice cream, but it was kind of a pointless dress up. It was still a nice feature but could've had more detail.
+ GET - THE - LINK - TO - YOUR - WEBSIT - OFF the main movie. That's just wrong. Logo feces in a movie like that is a fucked up way to publicize. Don't just stick a link to your site in one of the widescreen bars - that's not cool. Find somewhere else to put the link - people want to enjoy your movie - not a blaring add for your site.
Stilla good Flash - just thought I'd point a few things out.

Thanks, I was going to take the site link out, but I didn't want to go back to all the scenes in that large .fla and deleate them.
Nice job.
The text boxes were too small at times, cutting off the words. Other times, there were no text boxes.
The music was a little loud, making it tough to hear the voices.
Other than that, it was great.
