to answer all the questions and make it fun aswell: maybe Striker had a lost brother and didnt knew about him untill episode 2; maybe Kung Lao killed someone else with the hat, after all he was ducking when he threw it and it came from a bigger hight; and who knows maybe Kabal had laryngitis so maybe he didnt get any line xD
P.S. whats the name of the song durring Raiden's fight with Goro? :D

in the first one Stryker said after Cyrax died " you bastard you killed my brother " but in this one he says that they were quintuplets but the other Stryker died too so shouldn't they be sextuplets? also when Kung Lao threw his hat it came back to him and said fatality and moments later Kung Lao congratulated Raiden if it didn't kill Kung Lao who did it kill? also also...why didn't Kabal get a speaking part????????????//
