The farting sumo saved your video.
I'll be honest i was going to vote to blam this until the sumo guy farted. The Plot was very forgetable and the looping music was bad. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but just fix these things and it will be alright.

first off he could never move that fast..
and second what happend to him.. he just disapeared when that one person jumped on the roof.

I WOULD do more with the general, but he is kind of...laking in 'moves', for example, cant animate him walking (besides redrawing sprites of him, ill give it a try) nor jumping. That makes making him fight is really hard...

Try harder
The "data exploded" thing is really no excuse for bad graphics. Of course the sprites where used well, but the fact that it was all completely random made it suck. If your data exploded then just don't submit it to newgrounds. that simple. If you already no it's not good, then why would you expect us to not react the same? It wasn't aweful, but at the same time I'd have to give it a 3/5. and the "you haven't submitted a flash" thing is just stupid. Just because somone doesn't submit to newgrounds doesn't mean they can't do flash. They may either submit their work exclusively to another site, be freelancers, amateurs that still see yours as badm anything. so don't judge somone's skill by what they put on one site.
