Reviews for "Roman Rumble"

more variety

this piece could have had more variety enemy and course wise. i played through a few levels but was very bored. with some better sound, it wud b a lot better. i give humor cuz of the splat noise, but the blood should have been bigger for landin on his frgin head. the grafix were great and the interface was beautiful. id say you moved at just the right speed

That was most distracting!

Not bad. only beef i had with it was the same music over and over again. But the gameplay and everything else was solid and addictive.

Looks nice, hard gameplay

As my summary says, I like the art in this game [even though the scenery seems to be repetitive, as level 1 and 2 seem exactly the same, except for different looking pillars and a different background] and the sounds sound like they should.

My biggest gripe is the gameplay. It seems so logical, just move your mouse around and click to make the squirrel jump, but in practice it's pretty annoying.
The problem I had was getting him to stop in time, as you aren't paying attention to where your mouse is all the time, so if you need him to stop and your mouse is over near the side somewhere, you have to lightning-speed it back over to the squirrel, or else he'll just keep walking. I also fell down a lot, but that's probably my own fault ;)

So overall, a nice, simple game, but the controls should be changed to keyboard, unless you chose for the mouse on purpose, to increase the difficulty of the game.

It was ok

This game was decent. It wasn't anything new or original, but I could tell alot of effort was put into it and it would be better with weapons, or a few enimies.

The game is realy cute. I like it a little.

Nice touch putting a squirlish thing as the character. The game was alright but the squirlish thing, although it's cute ain't the best thing to use.
