Nice piece of work

This was actually rather enjoyable, kind of reminds me a bit of Vexeta but with a lot more a beat to it. This is one wonderful piece of music and I don't see much of a story in my head going with this piece.

Drums: Sounds pretty cool, like that electronic kick.

Synth/Keyboard: Sounds pretty nice for both of these since I can't tell which was used, nice piece of work.

Overall: Very nice piece of work.

Herdunculus responds:

Hey, Thanks a lot! I don't know if that story thing you mentioned is a bad thing or not, but I will take it as a bad thing...so I will improve that in the future. Thanks again for the review.

Good song

This is a nice song. The melodies in here are somewhat catchy plus they create a very nice "dancefloor" atmosphere.

The background beat is a bit repetitive, but it accompanies the melodies in a good way and it gives the people on the dancefloor something to go crazy about, because the kick is very hard and bassy (which is a good thing).

Herdunculus responds:

Thanks a lot. You seem knowledgeable about dance songs, so this means a lot! Thanks.

Loops well

Not that looping a track makes for a good piece, but in this case, it doesn't really make that much of a difference.

I think that with the way that you break the track up with the interludes of the higher pitched synths. The problem is that the track seems a little repetitive, which is where the looping for me fails. What I would suggest is more variation, in additional instruments or bigger differences in the parts of the tune that you concentrate on. Verse, Chorus, Verse etc.

Herdunculus responds:

Yes thanks. I have been getting a lot of the "more variation" advice. I will try to do exactly that on my next songs. Oh, and I didn't realize it is a good loop. I didn't try to do that! LOL. Thanks for the review.

Clipped

The sound is rather clipped when all the instruments are together. You might want to either lower the master volume or change the compression.

It's not really my style, so I won't go on about the composition too much - I like the instrumentation, but I find to melody a little repetitive for my tastes. The breakdown & buildup from 1:36 is nicely done; its uplifting, and it doesn't linger on forever like some.

Herdunculus responds:

Ok thanks im gonna fix the clipping as best as i can.
