I dont know why your mad at us for voting this movie high. I remember waiting for Scrotum 2 & 3 to come out after number 1. Then when 4 cme out, and every action was tied in with the music, and Scrotum got revenge, its just perfect. Im sorry but as long as people keep sending crap in, this will remain one of the first high-quality movies.
Pretty Good
It's better than the others, but still needs some work as animations go. Other than that, looks great. If Beaton ever gets off his lazy ass and makes Part 5, I'm sure it'd be even better.

Brian Beaton created one of the most loved characters on newgrounds. In Scrotum's 4th (and best of the 5 1/2 Scrotum movies) Brian peaked. This movie is the last of his good work. After this, he went into a depression stage and has vowed to retire Scrotum. So, enjoy this masterpiece and Scrotum 5 because untill he snaps out of it, this is all we get.
