Reviews for "Leon : Terracotta Murders"

blah....

i liked the whole idea of the game but i had to quit. moving him took way 2 freaking long and sucked all the fun out of that game. i would like to use the keys... that is what they are made for. adventure games are always fun. fix the movement

Ok Just Ok

Its Ok but could be a bit better

Sorry to say, but bad interface.

I am playing through the game, and I noticed a few things.
A) when you use an item on another, it only gives you a message for the first thing you use it on, or at least only vocalizes it. Not sure if this is only for invalid combonations or not.
B) after talking to the detective, there's a smell link that doesn't work in subsequent looks.
C) the guide on you website refuses to load, despite the rest of the site running fine. Possibly something wrong with the .swf?
D) A possible bug, or maybe just a block in the game, that I can't get past without the guide, Why doesn't the traveller take my mostly new guide?

MrDDK responds:

It's not a broken game, you have to make the brochure look old... perhaps dip it in mud and dry it?

okay?

that wans't fun but i dont like these kind of games anyway and the arrows were kinda hard to click sometimes.

Hrm...

I'm sure everyone has complained about the controls and such, but I did enjoy the Map feature that allowed you to travel anywhere you have already been with one click. The game wasn't all that great. Due to the graphics, it was a bit hard to really be shocked by a dead guy... "OMG THAT... uh... Stick figure is dead!!!" I understand you have limitations with the program you used to create this game and that is why I didn't give you like a 2 or 3 like most people would. You put quite alot of thought into the game at some points. The story wasn't bad. The humor and jokes that you tried to put into it weren't really that funny but that's okay. I also liked that you included the "Magic Sturgeon". Not a bad job over all, but it could do with a bit of improvement. Well done.
