Pac-Man, but Luigi. What more can be said?
It's not quite as fun as the real Pac-Man since there aren't any Mario-themed twists. Sometimes Luigi doesn't seem to want to turn down a pass, but it's not a huge problem.
My biggest complaint is the sound. That music was annoying as hell, and there weren't any sound effects. Add in the classic coin sound and maybe Luigi yelling, "Noooo!!!" when he dies. Then lower the volume on the music or change it completely.

IT SUCKSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Luigi can barly turn up!!!!!!! It sort-of like a bad movie because.......... you might as well of made a sonic game!!!!!!!!! Here's some thing's to repair.
1:make it so you can actually control Luigi
2:put in better graphics
And,3:change the name...here's some name's
If you add Mario''Super pac bros.'',''Super Luigi:ghost panic,and''The packer:LUIGI'' do some of those thing's and you'll have a crunce game!!!!! SONIC SUCKSSSS:D
Simply not very good
There is already a Mario Pacman game. To improve your game, increase the size of the ghost sprites, because the collision detection is poor, and make sure the ghosts blink after they turn into stars to warn the player that blue time is running out.

I gotta say, you kinda missed the target on this one. There are SOOO many freakin pac-man flashes on ng that it astounds me. Not only that, but also tons that are basically the same concept that you submitted. (That is, taking mario sprites and putting them into pacman) Not only that, but there are also very few where the movement is fluent, and I must say this is no exception. Trying to navigate the maze is difficult, as timing the turns is although not close to impossible, is definitely more of a hassle than it should be. To top it off, the music was mind-numbing and repetitive.
Good job, I mean I'd personally be proud of myself if I made something like this. It just isn't much fun for others. Keep it up.

2. Animation of Luigi is lagging.. o_o
3. Tons of Pacman remakes there... one more?
4. Original idea to create Luigi-pacman game, but.. not in right look. sory.
