I get the feeling that you are very influenced by dimrain47 in this song, am I right? Nevertheless this is a great song that is easy to listen to. I liked the guitar bits, would have been nice if you had gone further into that though. Also the bass line got a little repetitive, the only thing that stopped it from boring was that it was original and sounded good anyway.

Good in its own right
I, personally prefer the remake you did, due to the electric guitar solo, and the drum fills that are present in that version. However, this version is still amazing, and I'd probably set them as near-equals, quality wise.
