weird beginning - it hurted my sweet ears... but i like the moaaa moaaa moaaaaaa sound so it take up the grading and the guitar was good !

Can't believe I haven't heard this sooner
Truly great song, and one thing that I think really stands out here is the production. A ton of VG styled stuff that includes distorted guitar just drops dead when it hits the mixing phase. Even critically acclaimed chip and vg bands (I'm thinking of one big name in particular) just let the synth dominate the hell out of the organic stuff. So, while the songs are still great, the power is just straight drained out of the guitar and live (sounding) drums. It's really awesome to see that it doesn't HAVE to be that way.
