Well, it's your first, but...
...that's no reason to rate it more than, say, 6.
It's hard for me to give an even slightly objective review for this as I've listened to Twilight Techno so often.
But I'll try it.
It seems to me as though you had problems bringing your melody ideas into the program. Some solo parts sound very weird. There are few songs where I think you used a good variety of different instruments, but Midnight Siege is at the very bottom.
The start is really bad, the transition horrible (I'd say it's the only one in the entire song) and I really think you should think of using even more instruments (in your new works) and makeing better bass lines, some are very boring.
BUT- your next work after this was Twilight Techo that is extremely good as a second try. Awesome piano lines and very good transitions to the techno lines.

No offense. But afterall it is your first. But you mixed a beat in there that wasnt needed and it ruined the song. But the good note is that you tried. And if you hadnt done this than you wouldnt have done the award winning rest.
