It's interesting to see something stylized like this that isn't a crappy commentary on favorite anime characters...this actually REMINDS me of the frieze saga rather than attempts to be a bunch of jokes about how many episodes it took or played out crap like that and the composition is really cool...

Yeah those jokes were tired by the time I was a freshman in high school like six years ago I don't think there's a place for them nowadays haha, I didn't call it a tribute drawing for nothing! I'm glad you like it man, keep an eye out for the GT tribute I'm making in a similar vein to this, if you're a fan of GT haha! I know there aren't that many.

It definitely was, it was the penultimate conclusion to everything Dragon Ball had led to I felt and it was the most intense escalation in any work of fiction I have really ever seen. I may love the Cell and ESPECIALLY the Buu Sagas, but I can admit they felt totally contrived and unneeded.
