It would have been better if had a basic concept.
Sorry to say that it would have been better if it wasn't random and had more comedy than retardation, but the graphics where really good(at least for the turtles) so keep trying bro!!!

Random hilarity.
It was alright...
I liked this movie, but I think it got to the point where it was so random it killed the humour, when you get something random happening out of nowhere it is considered funny (and is), but when the entire movie is pure randomness it loses the humour and really dulls it down.
