Gotta dig the little details hidden in plain view. The woman's milky right eye? Oh yes. The bashed head child giving a sly A-OK sign? Awesome. The evil crab creature that I'm sure is only a figment of my fucked up mind that looks to be hiding in the woman's hair? Lets just say your friends had better keep it up on the wall for years to come.
If this does not inspire some creepy pasta, I'd be shocked.

I really like this, it's definitely creepy, the only bad thing I can see is the position and shape of her thumb.

That's really good! The image itself is interesting and I quite like your use of cool colors here. The woman's face has well defined depth to it, as well.
