You should almost call the game madness 2.. :)
I loved the madness game and this is very similar iven if it has some detectable flaws. You should add some kind of close combat function. Maybe not the suggested chainsaw but like a combat knife. And if you do please dont make it like the swing around your arm kind like in madness. You could do it more like the knife in counterstrike and such. Also the hitboxes shoud be fixed. The only thing you can shoot is the head of the enemies. If you hit under it will go clean through wuthout causing any damage.

An addictive game.
A large variety of weapons, and with an exponentially increasing amount of enemies, it made gameplay very much frantic. That's good in a game- you need skill to be able to survive, though the basic concept of this was very similar to that of Madness Interactive. I found that the addition of recoil was a delectable attribute, as with your previous games, and the wide variety of character designs most satisfying during gameplay.
Incredibly addictive, and very satisfactory, albeit it quite pointless. Because there's no actual story line as such, and the only objective is to get on to the high scores (where there are insanely high amounts), I find it relatively pointless, though very much enjoyable.
A well designed game with many positive attributes. 9/10.
