Overall, not bad...
This piece, although interesting, did have its weak spots.
First of all, I never really respond well to RPG Maker sound effects, since everyone and there mother likes to use them in their flash pieces. But that one will slide.
I know what theme you used, and I felt it was very VERY unmatched for a battle like this... and plus the fact I find it absolutely annoying... but that one is personal opinion.

could of been longer and bloodier but i like the song. i thought it would be funny if you made the ending say "People do stupid things, like pay to much for car insurance..." lol but thats just me.
