Looking forward to the series
The sounds were okay but sometimes out of sync and I got annoyed by the screeming of that guy hanging in the background afer a sec or 3. Perhaps a joke like "For hell's sake! Shut up!" "ehm okay" would have been better as his continued screeming.
The foto of the demon in the upper world was not sharp but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Still I think that if you wan't to show a demon laughing at a disaster on earth you should do it all the way with a clear picture.

It's good but some things could be better
The graphics are good but some parts are a little bit out of sync and maybe some smoother transitions between scenes (like zooming in and out on a scene)
The style is great but the sound was real annoying. The voice of Phil is great and the screams and thunder and things were real good too...but they were both loud. You can barely hear Phil through most of the cartoon. So the background sounds are wonderful but need to be lower in volume so you can hear Phil.
The violence was good, it was an appropriate level and not over the top for the sake of being over the top.
Interactivity 2 because you can pause and play when you want, which is good because most toons dont really have an option like that unless you right click to pause and play.
It was funny but personally didnt tickle me a lot but I think that this submission is your pilot which is laying down the ground rules of hell and all the background information. Your next one will most likely be much funnier.
Overall good submission and with a few minor improvements I'm very sure you'll have a popular series :)
