More hardcore than CoC, that's for sure, but technically a little better.
Tempo changes, less melodic structure, a breakdown in the middle, the alternation between screaming and singing, everything seems to be of fine quality.
Really a nice work there, keep it up ^^

First I listened to Contempt of Courtship, it was pretty awesome, a little emo, but I have nothing wrong with that, I just finished listening to this (To Whom It Won't Concern), and I have to say, you guys are really good! There's only 3 problems I have... 1. better quality tracks :D 2. try to increase the volume of the singing, I can barely hear you sometimes :( and 3. post more songs!
lol thanks man. these songs were written a few years back when i was a little more lyrically emo. haha...not necessarily the same songs I'd write today, but you can't take back a song, ya know. all three suggestions understood and duely noted!=D

Heh... I wonder if
you guys have different singers for the screaming/melodic vocals. I haven't looked at your myspace to see, or anything, but I would guess you do, because there is no way in hell I could rip up my vocal cords and then come back to singing cleanly... at least in any way that sounds good.
I can't decide... I think I ultimately like your band's contempt of courtship song better, but the most impressive thing about how good this is, is that it's quite different from that other song, which shows you guys really have your selves together and are exploring different styles.
It's just me doing the screaming and vocals, and it took a toll for sure, especially during live shows. by the last song i'd barely have anything left. thanks for giving everything a listen! i'll be putting some other songs up soon that are kinda different in style so you can hear some of that stuff too.
