warning, off screen shooting

this started out looking very good, however, it has a glaring flaw:The easiest way to frustrate a gamer is to have enemies start shooting at them before they get on the screen, fix that, and this game is an 8, till then, it's crap.

AWSOME

it was great but a lil to easy

Something rare.

The game was fun and addicting, there should be more enemies and perhaps a few additional upgrades, like weapons or another type of firing mode.
Pros:
Moving shield idea was original, hard to control at first but it becomes second nature.
Upgrades were balanced and you can't focus on a single upgrade due to the price.
The game wasn't hard, and choosing the wrong upgrade won't really effect you.
Enemies were sent in groups, other then the start of the game which were mostly warm ups, get around level 15 and the enemies would swarm.

-Graphics were good, and had great originality and it was balanced.

Cons:
There were too less enemies, and their attacks were easily predicted.
The first and second boss were the same, their attacks were the same and it seems like the only difference is that one had more health then the other.
You could've added various weapons.
No plot, you could've wrote a small story or something.

-Repeative, could've been better if you worked a bit harder.

wow.........

i liked it but boss like destroyed me way to hard

clever and fun

a very good "engine", although it is slightly annoying when the wind changes direction and you don't notice it right away and miss your shot. nice graphics, too--the sprite are a bit cartoony, but they work well in context.

the addition of the movable shield was a very nice touch--takes some getting used to simultaneously firing and manipulating it, but adds a whole new level to the game.

the purchasable upgrades are also well-selected and well-balanced, and fun to decide between and use.

a small complaint would be the lack of visibility on some levels. this may be more of a personal preference, but IMHO if making it hard to see were the right way to make a game challenging, then DOOM 3 would have rocked.

this however, is a minor detail. on the whole, an awesome game and one of the best turret defenses on the site.
