quite good although you should write a noob tut about buttons and read it ur self also to improve your curser double click on it and make sure the point is directly over the cross

Yeah I know all about buttons I just didnt bother to animate them much for this as it was pointless. And yes I know about the cursor too but for simplicity sake I left it as it was so as not to confuse any noobs. I might update it actually because everybody seems to be mentioning it.

Little tip
If you change the position of the custom cursor to reflect the mouse offset (your cursor clicks in the middle, not the top-left) then it has better control and is a better emulation. Then when mouse moves you move along with it. Otherwise quite a good tutorial for the beginner.
Good but
I have flash mx and some stuff doesn't work.For example for the maze it just plays the frames over and over and if I put a stop() in there it doesn't work anyway

Yeah I have flash professional 8 so that might be why. It works on most though although iv'e never heard of a stop action not working like that. Well it works on most its a pity it dosent work great on yours. Although some other tutorials have an alternate way of doing mazes so you should check it out.

Sorry i gave it a 0 for sound my speakers are broke, pretty good explains everything you need, could do an example of the maze game at the end though, unless you did and i didnt see it because im blind, overall it was a good tutorial.

My sound is pretty dodgy too. I have to test the sound on a different computer. And it's interesting that you mention the example as I was considering one but the maze was somethin I added last minute and an example would've clogged up the page. Besides I dont think anyone wants to play another mouse maze.
