Nice first flash. To get a ten, I would add better graphics, and possibly slow down the subtitles. That was really funny, I hope for a sequal.

The drawing and animation skills in Duck! is subpar. I somehat decent concept butchered because you wern't properly able to convey your ideas. Good choice of audio. A good attempt as a first flash. Next time slow down the subtitles, decrease the filesize, and improve the overall quality of the animation.
