I liked it, it was a little confusing though. The only real problem was that when the voice said anything starting with a P, D, F, K, or T, it made a loud puffing sound, but it didnt really draw off my attention.

Promising
A very promising beginning, if I may say so. The art is of a higher quality than most, and the story appears interesting (of course, there is little data given in the trailer, but that is not unexpected for a trailer). However, be careful not to dwell too long on one shot or scene, especially during high-paced sequences (the shot of the boy running is a tad long). Also, the voice acting could use some work. Other than that, it's off to a good start.
Agh, So Close...
Please, just once in a while, get away from the speaker. The perspective was just way too close. You literally have your view jammed into his face, or his stomach, at all times. Ick.
Anyways, nice job. It was interesting, but not really all that compelling. Focus a bit more on the whole fire thing. It's nice that you told us your plot in three sentences or less, but if you want to hook your viewers, give us a reason to wanna' see this kid stay alive.
Also, there isn't much going on visual-wise, not that the art isn't anything but great, but the thing we're really paying attention to, will be the voice. That's all we get to hear, and it's all we'll get to know. For that reason, improve your voice quality above all else. It was good, but a few key distortions in the voice-acting really distracts from what's being said.
After all that though, this was really nicely done. The plot was nicely laid out. I don't think I'll go hunting for this one, waiting day in & day out for it to arrive, but I'll probably check it out when it hits the portal. Good luck and I'll see you then.
