make sure you have fArely good FPS there, and did not get too many SLOWDOWN pickups.
(also- the UP thing- I made the ROOF limit, because people used to cheat at BETA TEST session. :))
Needs a little work
The biggest problem is the hit detection. Its super buggy. If you run into your opponent, you often get stuck together and you both take a bunch of damage. Also, you bounce all over the place so its pretty hard to move around. Some of the sound samples are very low quality too.
The idea is certainly a good one though. I'd like to see an updated version with better hit detection and controls. I'd be surprised if you didn't make front page if you fix the problems.

Yeah, a hittest thingie is always a big mess. (but I seen each other get stuck in each other pretty rare.)
About the sound sample quality- it's all the matter of file size limit.
I had to shrink all music and sound tracks to lowest, yet acceptable quality. (with a top notch sound quality it is about 8 MB! NG would not allow me to upload that!!)
For some reason it runs around 24 FPS instead of 30! :(

I always planned to make a game like this! I wonder why I didn't... Oh yeah, it was because I WAS TOO LAZY! (sob) I hate myself.
Overall, very good game. Loved the fact that you could watch at the category of different weapons, as well as the chosable characters. Keep up the good work!
