The female's eye looks a bit concave from the shading, but other than that it looks pretty good. Nice job.

It is easier to show movement in a painting when you record an ANTICIPATION pose. Anticipation is when you are ABOUT TO perform a massive physically intense action. In the anticipation pose all muscles are strained, clearly visible through the skin, etc. Using an anticipation pose does not necessarily mean movement, it means making the painting more dynamic and alive.
When you are showing a figure already in movement, you should pay attention to any dangling objects such as cloth (which you don't have, so you made it much harder for yourself). You may add motion blur effect, if the program is advanced enough.
I think this is partially failed, because the poses are extremely weird and I am unable to see what is moving from where and to where, I don't perceive these movements as three-dimensional certainly, and I do not understand these movements, therefore they are not convincing, and the movement effect is lost.
Try more obvious poses next time, or anticipation poses.

Ahh, I see. I failed in giving the illusion of motion and thus they do not look dynamic. I will definetly keep practicing that, as I perceived that as a reoccuring weakness in my works. Thanks alot for the very elaborate feedback.

It looks very well done. It looks like something out of a Poe story.
It had what looked like a dick going into it!
Anyway, some thoughts; the man's crotch and chest are pointing in almost opposite directions. I think it's not quite clear whether he's summersaulting around her leg or flying past and behind her. Her dynamics seem clear, though; she's leaping in one direction and indicating in another.
I enjoy that they're channeling some sort of moose.
