This is a good gamejust in a drawn out genre (the timed killer). Basicall you with you dinkysword and shield must live. Everyone else is trying to kill you (surprise). Live as long as you can and kill opposing gladiators and Ithink lions...? to prevent crowding.
I loved it!
I really liked this game, took me a few minutes to get the controls and it owned! The graphics were awesome, and the coding was almost perfect, I think you should higher the FPS a bit. Oh yeah make the attacks a bit faster, either that it owned, too bad I ain't on the top of the highscores!

if you select the mouse controls and back itno a corner, you can hold down space and swing all you want without getting any damage. you just have to wait for the bad guys to come to your weapon. No strategy needed.
A simple game, but lacking.
Very slow and difficult to land hits in. Because of the slow attacks and slow movement, not to mention my own lack of co-ordination for running in a straight line and differing left from right, the game proved to be quite challenging in a bad way. The element was basic enough, and it seemed entirely possible to score high and defeat countless foes, but I never really got around to it. Simple character designs, a basic idea, but definitely hard to co-ordinate the Hero. The birdseye view complicated things for me, and the music was a little too passive. Nonetheless, not a bad job in itself, but make sure that future games keep the player's attention.
