Reviews for "When Robots Attack"

Lemon Demon.

Whats better then Neil's music? Andrew Kepple's animations!
From "I've got some falling to do" to "When Robots Attack",
Neil Cicierega and Andrew Kepple working together creates an unstoppable team that everyone can enjoy!

I cant stop listening to Lemon Demon... the music is downright amazing, Yea this song is one of the type of songs that you have to "grow into" as apposed to one that everyone can be familiar with on the first listen.
But if all the people that dont like this song come back and listen to it 2 more times, They will start to come around.

And Andrew Kepple, great great animations! No offence to Altf4, but I think Kepple really does much better work with Neil's music. I love the concept of being on a little ride in a theme park, That is genious!

I only hope I see more of Neil and Kepple working together!

Great Job! (Yea doesnt this review sound like it was an article in the newspaper or something?)

TmsT responds:

My animations aren't as good as Neil's Songs, but this one comes close in terms of technical quality, I think.
The song itself grew on me... I'm not a fan of guitar/drum music, so this song must've been pretty darn good. The trouble with much of the audience here is that they are suffering something of an "attention span famine", and won't give anything more than a first glance. There are, however, a lot of people who will give it another look, and can come to appreciate and perhaps even enjoy what they're seeing. Did you know that there are more people who like Tellytubbies than there are people who like The Da Vinci Code? Makes you think. Well, not really, because you already think. And I just made that fact up. :)

I love you

Oh, god... You two are the best artists I know. I hope someday I can have a video made by you two for one of my songs. Cheers! Keep alive, please, and together (at least sometimes)! The song was like... something like Men Without Hats, don't you think so?

TmsT responds:

What are your songs? Email me?

Awesomeness... on a stick!

This is one of the best Flash movies I have seen in a long time. I love the scrolling style, and they way it seamlessly tells the history of the Robot Attack. And the more you watch it, the more little details you pick up in the background. Though Lemon Demon's music is always good, this song in particular rocks my socks. And let me tell you, it is not often that my socks are rocked. Another stroke of brilliance from the Kepple/Cicierega team!

TmsT responds:

Watch out for the EASTER EGG! Some object in the ride, when clicked, will reveal a (silent) BONUS SCENE!

Not Bad Guys

IT was indeed an original idea, however the song was so annoying, i found it hard to watch thru the whole flash, sry. But the graphics were excelent, and the grave stones at the end were pretty funny.

TmsT responds:

Aw, you came so close to making it all the way through... Someday you'll be man enough to do it, I'm sure. :) :hugs:

very original

Very nice work. I liked the scrolling concept; for a flash with a fairly well developed story, it was an original concept. The preloader was one of the better ones i've seen on newgrounds too; i could tell you put some good effort into it through all the detail. The song wasn't very good, but then again, how many songs are there about robots attacking. Kudos on your creativity with this one!
