Flash Problems
You wrote a better story than the guys who are #1 and #2, albeit unoriginal in it's design. However, the problem with your flash is mainly on style and sound. You jump from CG to flash and it does not help with the sound.
I don't like your toggle screen in the beginning. It looks convoluted, it's not simple, and difficult to discern. People don't read sideways.
Although you had a good introduction, there was no change that led to the action of the story. It was empty, as a whole bunch of rain drops just ended this movie. I'm left with nothing. Does rain want me to watch more...I doubt it.
Like the top two ranked flashes for the day, you need to critique your own work. Make sure that the story is in complete chapters and the style and sound do not clash. Your intro was very crappy and not well thought of. There's breaking within every 3 seconds as you speak. Practice, heck read off of written texts. You're not robots, and the intro does not have the intention of sounding robotic.
I think you got some work, but you have a good premise and on the right track. Go back to the drawing board and fix those kinks. I wouldn't consider today as a success. The top two had the same exact problems as well.
