a different style of pool game, but it was pretty fun to play, a nice twist to it and it gave a neat challenge to it too.

Interesting
I think you've got a good start here. Nicely done with the physics, I think. Just add some more stuff to make it more interesting and less difficult.

-A direction indicator for your cue stick
-An actual timer (cuz you were measuring the number of strokes, not time- don't know if you noticed that or not)

It's been done, but...
It's a nice little concept, time limits are one thing but the timer on the balls was a good idea. The Graphics were really bland, needs more texture in table and stick and the balls need more colour. Throw in a VS mode and I think the game could be playable
OK Game
Looks good, works well. sound OK but nothing special- get a better sound for hitting the cue ball and one for ball hitting ball.
Put in credits, even if you did it all yourself.
I have never heard of Blast Billiands, but if it is true that this is a version of that game you need to say so, then on NG it is more or less OK, preferably with proper credits to the original gamemaker.
Decent
This game was simple, yet enjoyable for a time. I would've liked to have some background music, but the few sound effects you had worked well. The graphics were simple enough that they worked, and the pool stick and balls were done well, though I would've liked to see some different color combinations on the balls, like in real pool. A lot of improvement can be done, but most is not necessary.
