Reviews for "Snowball Fight!"

really great

i appriciated every minute of playing this. come out with a story line.

quite good but

If you can custom the choice of the keys to direct the boy
it would be much better. I much prefer the arrows for instance

Good but...

This game was fun and enjoyable for a long time...but i fear that your teammates were complete idiots. The computers on your team would die in the first few seconds leaving just the enemies, basically leaving just you in the end to kill them off, which, if you're good, you can do. But please, if you make an update, make the computers on your side of the team a bit smarter. Otherwise, Great job!

just a few requests. first could u make it so that u can add onto an existing map? i found it annoying how i made a great one but is missing one little thing. second it would be cool if there was a campaign mode. the last thing is maybe some power-ups in the game. although ive been playing it for hours now, it MIGHT get kinda boring.

DBarbarian responds:

To edit custom maps, select the map and click "edit map" under the map selection box to the right.

This is a preliminary test to see how people like this concept. Seeing that people really seem to enjoy this, the next version will be much better.

Some things to come:
More tiles, powerups, different game modes, and a better map editor.

Glad you enjoyed it. =)

Good, but..

I played for about 10 mins thinking, Wow, what a great, simple and yet fun concept. Then the lack of variety set in.

This game needs 2 things to go from good to great.

1. More depth to the game mechanics. Different snowballs maybe? Pick up items hidden in the snowmen? Experience? Levels? Anything so that its reptitous nature is quickly nullified.

2. Online Mode! Seriously, the AI is pretty standard, and no one really cares if they lose since its just 1 game at a time. But if you had some sorta snowball online tournement, I bet that would peak alot of intrest.

Good luck =)

DBarbarian responds:

I will definately keep those suggestions in mind for the next version, although the multiplayer thing might be pretty difficult to pull off.
