pretty good cept sasuke can only use the chidori 2 times and his third one never happens he just loses it and goes unconscious but overall good job!

Meh.
While the effort was nice, I have som ways for you to improve. First of all, The effects were horrible. The Sheringan looked really bad, and doesn't go in the right directions. Secondly, use backgrounds from the actuall game, it'll look much more profesinal. I also think that the endings should be a lot less cliche. I hope that helps a little bit.
