Recurring problem
Like many other flashes, you have some good drawings and a few good animations, but there is no point. Some of the scenes are just plain annoying and don't belong.
It takes time to make a good flash. Spend a little more writing out a story board and editing next time. There's nothing wrong with cutting scenes.

Definetly room for improvement...
This toon's probably gonna get blammed... but that's okay! Just work on uing MUCH more FBF animation, and less taking-one-graphic-and-moving-it-around. Watch some RingFinger toons, he knows how to do it.
You know when it sucks...
