A classic, but...

A couple of qualms.
Firstly, yes, it's snake, and it's functional, I'll admit, but when did Snake start needing levels? The issue was always that it got more difficult as the snake got longer, and that was it, but it's an original twist to have the levels, as well as the obstacles, so that's cool.
On the issue of obstacles, however, there is somewhat of a glitch where in the spike traps can spawn OFF of the actual playing area. You may want to look in to that.
And lastly, the music seemed somewhat unnecessary. It was very "intense" considering the game, perhaps a more trance-ish lowkey beat WITHOUT singing/shouting would be more appropriate. That's personal preference, however.
Anyway, it's good to see that it works and all, a few minor issues, as said, but all around, good job. Make a more original game in the future and I'm sure you can do very well.

ina way i guess

it said to see if he had broke the rules or this has been stolen i liked the game although it was like the classic verson only with different colors ive been doing some research and he did not i repeat did NOT break the rules the rules say

It is a good idea to put your Newgrounds validated e-mail address somewhere in the beginning or ending of your movie, so we can easily determine if the movie is stolen or not. We also love it when users put the NG tank logo in their movies. ;)

glitch

three is a glitch in the game. on level two one of the apples appeared in a block and you had to hit the block to be able to get to the apple also if you move the keys to fast it says you loose a life.

Cool game.

My only problems are that the preloader dont work (Not really all that important, but still, not very reliable) and that you start off with a tail...I thought you only began with one dot. well, the graphics are bland, metallic, but bland and boring...All of this is excusable because its v.1, so in the next version, try to keep some of this in mind.

you showed that you know what ur doing, but at the same time, snake is on abused concept which u did not even put a spin on
