Things you might look into adding
1. Increased score the faster the letters are typed
2. Penalize typing an incorrect letter
3. Halfway through it increased speed and then decreased again - keep increasing the speed incrementally throughout
I did notice that sometimes one of the letters came up already popped (from the last time I typed).

this is fun at first, but gets a littel old after a while, over all its just average. but alest it's better than some games

Repitive and not very fun but orignal game with good gameplay. A useful tool for help improve typing and I can udnertsand how hard it must have been for you to make this game. Good work.

Too easy. Add harder levels, stages, better graphics, the works. Entertaining though :)
If there was a high score board I'd probably have one of the high scores
You should also judge accuracy, and only score the next letter instead of eliminating all As whenever you type one. If you miss a letter, you should lose points. If it goes off the screen, you don't get the points. It should have a random word generator so you can't anticipate the next word.

I do like the concept, but...
I wish that there would be difficulties, and multipliers and cool things like that. Even changing backgrounds every few points, or some odd multiplier characters like an asterisk or something would be cool.
The graphics i.e. the background could be greatly improved with dynamics and motion. Also i found a problem with the sound of the balloons, sometimes they popped and sometimes they didn't make the pop sound. The best thing would be to make levels and different backgrounds.
