the animation is pretty good but the odd shading isn't appealing to me.
the sound quality of YAKETY SAX needs something changed, it's oddly rough.
it would be a nice touch if it didn't loop back to the NG preloader.
the background would be better if there actually was one :(.

Well i say it's okay for a first try. And iron fist. Stop spelling like a frikkin ten year old with a Aim account. Ut is really annoying.
Needs some work.
The music was a bit overpowering, or the voices a tad low. Need to work on your backgrounds a bit, or have more of them. Running off and on the screen gets old fast. Sounded more like grumpy lock, but I can see how a depressed lock wouldn't be fun to watch. Love the joke about the wallet. When the benny hill music started, I lost interest because the scene didn't change, yeah I'm sorry I'm too critical. Keep trying!
Use your layers.
Your trees were floating in space. Place a line or two along the horizontal in there some where to ground them. You could have better utilized your layers for the placement of trees and action. Foreground. Midground. Background. I couldn't understand what they were saying. Balance the sound out a little better.
There is a free audio editing software out there that is pretty good and has a decent set of filters. Google for Audacity. It can be found through sourceforge.net. Follow the intructions for installing the free MP3 CODEC for exporting MP3's. It is worth the effort.
