Isn't it obvios?
We don't "understand" you because instead of fixing your life when you see it go to s***, you complain and take on self destructive habits. Emo kids lives are so often not worse than the people around them until they decide to make it worse by doing things like cutting them selves to "make them feel better."
As to the author, it is creative and humorous, but it is a tad offensive, although the thought is good.
