It's good

You have a great thing going here. You really deliver when it comes to your promise of a hard game, but, contrary to what some others have said, this game does have glitched that add unnecessary difficulty to the game. Collision is spotty, and Frank has an annoying habit of shooting up to the top of the screen when smacked. His threat range annoyed me a bit, especially for the back punch, but it made sense, seeing as how he's smaller then the others. I've gotten to the middle of the third site, and I'm gonna stop there for now, only because it's late and my arm's gettin' tired. A great little time waster, and if you have a cool head, can be a great stress reliever, too (just takin' out a bunch of Skullheads in one blow is pretty satisfying). The graphics lend it a great cartoony feel that blends with gameplay nicely, and it might've just me, but I could've sworn that the baddies were in tune with the music. Every time the music picked up, they started swarming anew. Whatever the case, be proud of your work. This is a great achievement. Good luck on your next one.

great game, the best I've seen all winter

It was very challenging, but I don't like games that are pushovers. People make excuses like its glitchy to try and pretend that just simply are terrible at playing computer games. I've reached the level 4 boss, but have not yet gotten used to the arrow keys being reversed. However, the reason I enjoy this game so much is because it is hard. I don't want to sleep through the game. As the intro said, sometimes a really, really hard game comes along to makes us appreciate those that are not. Well this game made me appreciate how unchallenging most games on Newgrounds are. People want high ratings, and so make easier games. You set out to make a hard game, knowing people would rate you lower for it, and i respect that, since the game you made is better than all those easy games with higher ratings. Also, the musical clips were spectacular. Where did you get those from? I even left the game open to have the music in the background of my room it was so good. The music, the difficulty, and the great quality of gameplay made this more than the typical boring one play games. This is hard, but nor impossible, and not so hard to make you give up. When I games does that it does not matter how good the graphics are, or how good the sstyle or plot was. Its a game not artwork or a fucking story. Its a game, but a fucking good one. I look forward to beating it.

You got potencial...

This game is okay, but it isn't a particularly special fighting game.

The graphics gave it a unique touch, but it's repetetive fighting made it a bit bland.

You put too many wussy goons down and restricted demon hippy's attack range to a pretty small small area so it was difficult to mow them all down.
I didn't get past the second level because the mass amounts of skullheads tended to surround me and for some reason I couldn't uppercut them, even though they were practically stepping on my toes.
Possibly in the later levels you might have added ranged attackers, and attackers with various specialties (a very slow one that deals double damage, a fast one that splits in two after the first hit, ect), but on the levels I experienced there were dozens of this one generic guy.

I hope your next fighter improves on these problems.
