Interesting idea, need some legs
This Flash isn't bad. The animation is pretty good. However, the voice-over would've been better done with human voice clip, rather than a program.

You forget though that you need to have a great excessive force due to a change in gravity and density when shifting water from a big planet to a planetoid/moon like ours. But the thought of this and the explanation truly amused me, if only steven spielberg would have thought of it, we would have a war of the worlds!
