Intro too long
What a slow intro. No one should have to wait that long to start playing a game. I nearly stopped watching/playing because I was so bored. Speed it up! Also I know you were trying to go for an "old-timey" film look, but that crap nearly gave me epilepsy while I waited for the game to start.
Otherwise, it wasn't bad.
Amazing
This was an amazing flash. WW2 in flash? Great. Awesome graphics, awesome style. The english wasn't great, so the story kinda failed, but what story does a war game need anyway? Kill the bad guy, and do it well. It's simple.
It took me a bit to realize I could move sideways to advance. I didn't know that that was how the game worked. I just kept shooting the guys at the beach for 5 minutes. Oh well.
Well done.
Some points of improvement
-Lay off the film quality grain just a hair (may give people headaches)
-Add a intro skip button
-Fix the scroll issue where you can see the whole map from the beach
-Fix the machine guns accuracy
I couldnt figure how to get past the first level, but it seems like it has some real potential. Nice Job.
BEST GAME ever!
This was Amazing! Going in my favorites. Everything showed what hard work you put into this. My only problem was that the machine gun didnt kill many germans. Glitch? Anyway this is a well deserved 5 out of 5!
