You don't just ask someone how to make videos and games... That's a really stupid question. There is such a universe of knowledge involved in it. All I can tell you is where to begin.
Try getting Flash 8 (I use Flash 8, personally) or Flash CS3 (or you can wait until Flash CS4 is released). These programs alone can create animation. I use lots of programs in the whole process of making a Flash movie, but it is possible to start with only Flash.
