It looks like a bunch of anthropomorphic wolves wielding Imperial Guard kit from Warhammer 40,000. That said, it's very, very, very impressive.

this is good and stuff, but why be a werewolf if you're just gonna use guns? human form would be just as effective for aiming and shooting, probably more effective.

The smoke in the top right of the picture is too opaque and looks more like grapes. I think you tried too hard to show highlights on smoke.
The shading on the rocks lying on the ground contradicts with shading on the characters: characters are lighted from above, while the rocks actually have their most shadowed surface on top.
The blue highlight on the second character's left arm is on the lower part of the hand, as if the left hand is lighted from below, but the actual source of blue light is shown above the hand.
So yeah.. when lighting effects are over the top, they stop making sense, since they get impossibly hard to keep track of.
