Well, not so bad
To be your first animation ever, I can tell you that you made a good work.
but I suggest remaking the faces, I just don't like it.
loved the loader
but the movie was ok. you need some traditional stick combat--kung fu shit.
Generally a good submission, but some nitpicks
This is a good sub. in general, not bad for a stick-flick (good animation for one thing, above the usual caliber imho). I like the "company" motif, and the office ambience was well done. However, I'm pretty sure that an M16 takes longer than that to reload. Admitadly, I'm basing this on the videogame America's Army Online, but it generally seems to go out of its way to be accurate about that kind of stuff. You still could have made the scene work; just have the assasin kick the target out of the window while he's trying to reload. You could have followed with a slo-mo shot of the target flying out the window with the gun and the clips flying after him. However, you're the director, so it was your call. I'll be watching this series with interest as it developes.
