Completely bizarre nonsense, but somehow enjoyable. Bad art but the sound was fine. I laughed when the clown tried to run away.
XD one of Newgrounds greatest videos. The animation was a bit choppy but not enough for me to deduct any points from the final tally. The graphics are pretty good :D and the sound was perfect because it was a recording. XD
